What PC specifications do I need for MatrixGold?

You need a Windows 10/11 PC with minimum 8GB RAM (16GB recommended), a dedicated graphics card (NVIDIA/AMD), and at least 20GB free storage. MatrixGold does not run on Mac. Our technical team provides pre-class compatibility testing and software installation assistance.

What is the cost of MatrixGold software?

MatrixGold requires a subscription license. We provide guidance on educational/commercial licensing options and can connect you directly with authorized resellers. Trial versions are available for evaluation before purchase. Software cost is separate from course tuition.

Do I need prior CAD or design experience?

No prior CAD experience is required. Basic understanding of jewellery construction (rings, settings, gemstones) is helpful but not mandatory. We teach MatrixGold from absolute fundamentals: interface navigation, curve tools, and surface modeling, gradually building to advanced parametric design.

Can I get my CAD models manufactured?

Yes! We train you to export production-ready STL files optimized for 3D printing, resin casting, and CNC milling. Your models will have proper wall thickness, mesh integrity, and scale accuracy. While we don't manufacture in-house, we can guide you to trusted printer bureaus and casting houses internationally.

Are classes live or pre-recorded? Can I join from UAE/Singapore?

All sessions are 100% live with screen-shared instructor demonstrations. You'll see every tool click, curve adjustment, and modeling decision in real time. We have dedicated international batches for UAE, Singapore, and other timezones. Class recordings are archived for review. Your ISO diploma is shipped globally upon graduation.
